EBM
Our edge beveling machine is a compact and highly productive diamond polishing machine for the plastics processing industry.
It produces a bright polished and bevelled edge on plastic plates up to a thickness of 100 mm.
The bevelled edges that can be made are easily adjustable from 1 to 10 mm.
Both the feed speed and the rotation speed of the diamond head are easily adjustable.
The diamond head is easily interchangeable and the EBM polishing machine can be equipped with different synthetic diamond heads or natural diamond heads depending on the desired result.
A automatic feed-through system and a mobile underframe with brakes for an ideal working height are available.
