Bottom heating line | Multiple wire
With multiple wire heating profiles you can create a wider heating zone. This is used for bending a big radius or thicker materials. For bending the maximum thickness materials double side heating is needed with top and bottom heating profiles.

Extra or spare Protractor
Aluminium Protractor with engraving of tilting degrees for our cooling fixtures . The VMA fixtures come standard with a single protractor but an additional protractor can be added. The protractor or tilt indicator is also used on our AFF and AFF-D bending machines.

Top heating profile | Single wire
These single wire top heating profiles can be added to most of our double sided bending machines. With top heating profiles you can heat faster and reduce stress in the plastic sheet. These single wire upper profiles can also be ordered for replacement.

Parallel stops
Parallel stops to extend the machine with more reference bars or as a replacement. Single sided bending machines can use the parallel stops to work from both sides. They are supplied with the needed clamping blocks and handles.

Pneumatic Timer (HRK or HRP-S)
Pneumatic timer for the 'old' version of our HRK and HRP-S machines. The timers can be set upto 300 seconds (30 seconds x 10) Our new machines are standard equipped with digital timers that are more accurate.

Suction Cups (per 5)
Set of 5 vacuum suction cups for our AFF en ABM-D machines. The black rubber vacuum cups come including the screw nipple. We advice to use our special masking tape to prevent glue damage to the cups.

Temperature control units
Single and double units can control the temperature of 1 or 2 heating wires. Our bending machines are internally prepared to easily upgrade with more control units. The digital controllers have a safety that prevent the heating-wire from burning.

Replacement ceramic blades
Our spare replacement ceramic blades for our Handycut cutters. We offer the 'V-shape' with double sided cutting, 'L-shape' for straight and 'C-shape' round single side cutting. The ceramic deburring blades can easily be replaced.

Temperature control units | AFF
You can easily exchange an AFF temperature control unit when it need to be replaced. Temperature control units for the AFF and AFF-D are available. The controllers have a digital display and can show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Pressure bars
These complete clamping bars can be added to our double sided bending machines. Holding sheets flat during the heating process will give the best straight bending result. Complete with aluminium and steel bars and all needed connections.
