Replacement ceramic blades
Our spare replacement ceramic blades for our Handycut cutters. We offer the 'V-shape' with double sided cutting, 'L-shape' for straight and 'C-shape' round single side cutting. The ceramic deburring blades can easily be replaced.

The exchangeable Torch Tips needles for our flamepolisher range come in boxes of 10 pieces. The size of the flame needle determines the size of the flame. Always open the torch handle fully to save the lifetime of the torch tip.

Automatic Torch Lighter
This automatic electronic torch lighter lights your torch handle with an electronic spark. This electronic lighter can not be used for other purposes and therefor will stay with the machine. No fueled lighters are needed anymore.

Flamepolisher Service
We completely service your flamepolisher. We replace all gaskets, rubber rings and tubing on the in- and outside of the machine. We fill the cells with new caustic solution and distilled water. A service like this is required every 3 years!

Torch Handle
Spare Torch Handle pistol for our flame polishers with a 45 degree neck. Our torch tips can be connected to the handle with a simple twist. The torch handle pistol comes without torch tips that determine the flame size.

Methyl Ethyl Ketone (M.E.K.)
Methyl Ethyl Keton, (M.E.K.) cooling liquid comes in bottles of 1 liter. Used in our flamepolishers for cooling the polishing flame to the ideal temperature. It is recommended to keep some M.E.K. in stock for your flamepolisher.

Caustic Solution Tablets
The Caustic Solution tablets come in jars in in the exact weight for each model flamepolisher. These tablets need to be mixed with distilled water before it goes into our machines. New machines are already filled with caustic and distilled water.
