Heating wire | 1,6 mm.
These heating wires have a diameter of 1,6 mm. and are cut to the machines length. The eye on 1 side of the heating wire will hook inside of the expanding pin. To easily replace the wires they are about 10 cm. longer than the machines working length.

Roll heating wire
These Shannon heating wires are available with a diameter of 0,9 or 1,6 mm. We have rolls of 25, 50, 75, 100 and 200 meter available on stock. The wires can easily be cut to the plastic bending machines working length.

Connection set | for 1,6 mm. wire
Connection sets for the 1,6 mm. heating wire, this includes: Brass nipple, rings, spring, brass expanding- and wire-pin, teflon bushings, brass nuts and set screw. Changing this set every few years prevents burning the fuses of the control unit.

Coiled connection wire

Height adjustment set

Mobile underframe | Fixtures VMA
