Our adjustable cooling fixture VMB are available in 2 lengths; 125 cm and 220 cm. The fixtures come on mobile underframes and have 2 adjustable bending angles and protractors. The distance between the bends can be set from 100 upto 1000 mm.

Cooling fixture | VMD
The cooling fixture VMD is a 3 meter long fixture to go perfect with our HRT-D and HRP-D conveyor belt bending machines. The cooling fixture is easily convertible for cooling sheets in the most common display shapes, like T-, L-, U-Displays.

Mobile underframe | Fixtures VMA
Mobile underframes with brakes for all our VMA model cooling fixtures. The frame can easily be moved around with the fixture on an ideal working height of 96 cm. The welded frames are very compact and have strips to lock the fixture on the frame.

Working length adjusting set
This working length adjusting set is used to create partially cold or hot zones without covering the heating wire. The temperature can still be adjusted as required. The unique set can be connected to all our heating wire plastic sheet bending machines.

Bottom heating line | Multiple wire
With multiple wire heating profiles you can create a wider heating zone. This is used for bending a big radius or thicker materials. For bending the maximum thickness materials double side heating is needed with top and bottom heating profiles.

Temperature control units
Single and double units can control the temperature of 1 or 2 heating wires. Our bending machines are internally prepared to easily upgrade with more control units. The digital controllers have a safety that prevent the heating-wire from burning.

Pressure roller-track
These pressure roller tracks can be used in our HRT-D and HRP-D bending machines. The roller tracks will hold the moving acrylic sheets flat during the heating process without scratching. The supplied roller tracks can be adjusted in height.

Teflon block set
A set of 3 teflon blocks are needed to support foil bending profiles in the 220 and 300 cm long bending machines. The heat resisting teflon blocks can be used with our standard foil bending profile with a single or double contact.
