Our most advanced machine is for sale from our Showroom. The Shannon HRP-Di is a highly productive and heavy duty semi-automatic plastic sheet bending machine with double side heating. Equipped with 8 heating lines (4 upper and 4 lower) that are adjustable in height and can be digital controlled in temperature. The HRP-D is designed to handle large sheets but also large series of smaller sheets thanks to the automatic feeding and transport system. The upper frame is time controlled and has one or multiple roller tracks next to the heating lines that hold the sheets in place and prevent warping (banana effect). The durable heat resistant worktop consists of multiple adjustable panels, adjustable conveyor belt and has a double parallel stop with inch and millimetre indication. The machine like most of our machines modular built so that it can be easily extended later with multiple heating profiles and/or control units. The machine features a moveable touch screen module to operate the plastic bending machine, save settings, products and more.
