HRT-Di + Fixture Showroom (2025)
This new Shannon HRT-Di from 2026(!) is a highly productive and heavy duty semi-automatic acrylic sheet bending machine with bottom heating, consisting of easily adjustable profiles with heating wires that are adjustable in height.
The HRT-Di is designed to handle large sheets but also large series of smaller sheets thanks to the automatic feeding and transport system.
The removable upper frame has roller tracks that hold the sheets in place and prevent warping (banana effect).
The temperature of the heating wires is very precisely adjustable by a control unit.
The durable heat resistant worktop consists of multiple adjustable panels, adjustable conveyor belt and has a double parallel stop with inch and millimetre indication.
The machine features a new moveable touch screen module to operate the plastic bending machine, save settings, products and more.
The machine and cooling fixture set are completely new and they come with 1 year warranty!
