Single and double units can control the temperature of 1 or 2 heating wires.
Our bending machines are internally prepared to easily upgrade with more control units.
The digital controllers have a safety that prevent the heating-wire from burning.

Temperature control units
You can upgrade your plastic bending machine with more temperature control units to power more heating lines.
The Shannon bending machines are internally prepared to be easily upgraded with more control units.
Single and Double temperature control units are available.
Single units can control the temperature of 1 heating line and double can control the heat of 1 OR 2 heating lines.
The controllers have a digital display and a build-in safety that prevent the heating wires from burning.

Parallel stops
Parallel stops to extend the machine with more reference bars or as a replacement. Single sided bending machines can use the parallel stops to work from both sides. They are supplied with the needed clamping blocks and handles.

Bottom heating profile | Single wire
These single wire heating profiles can be added to most of our plastic bending machines. With multiple single wire heating profiles you can create multiple bends in a single proces. These single wire profiles can also be ordered for replacement.

Pressure bars
These complete clamping bars can be added to our double sided bending machines. Holding sheets flat during the heating process will give the best straight bending result. Complete with aluminium and steel bars and all needed connections.

Foil Bending Profile | double contact
Teflon coated foil bending profiles with a double contact available from 500 upto 1250 mm length. For bending 2 perfect lines very close in thin plastic sheets. Popular accessory for our Shannon plastic sheet bending machines.

Top heating profile | Multiple wire
With multiple wire heating profiles you can create a wider heating zone. This is used for bending a big radius or thicker materials. For bending the maximum thickness materials double side heating is needed with top and bottom heating profiles.

Teflon coated foil bending profiles with a single contact available from 500 upto 1500 mm. length. Ideal for bending very thin plastic sheets and foamed PVC perfectly. Populair accessory for all our plastic sheet bending machines.
