TROPHY SET
The Shannon Trophy Combination Set offers a very simple and effective method for creating trophies, tombstones and awards. This is done by merging 2 acrylic sheets together up to A4 size. The Trophy Combination Set consists of an oven, roller press and hydraulic press. Between the sheets an article can be placed up to a thickness of 1mm. Like a business card, coin, paper print, etc. Also you can print directly on the plastic for a 3D effect.
The plastic sheets are brought to their melting point by means of special ceramic heating elements. Subsequently, any air bubbles are removed by means of a roller press and finally the sheets are compressed in a hydraulic press.
The rollers of the roller press are fitted with a special rubber which can exert high pressure without damaging the acrylic. The rubber is specially coated which ensures that the acrylic does not stick to the rollers. The oven and roller press are height adjustable, for processing plates up to a thickness of 30mm.
