AFF-D 135
The Shannon AFF-D is a highly productive automatic sheet bending machine for handling thin plastic sheets.
Multiple sheets can be bent in one go, or one sheet up to a length of 135 cm can be bent in one go.
The AFF-D is equipped with 2 heating contact swords, the temperature and contact time of these teflon coated swords are very precisely adjustable electronically.
The contact swords are replaceable with swords of different sizes, depending on the desired radius of the bends. The time controlled upper frame is equipped with an adjustable pressure bar.
The machine is also equipped with vacuum system that keeps the sheets in place and flat during heating, bending and cooling. The bending cycle is started by a foot switch. After which, the sheets are automatically heated, bent and cooled in the set time. Each bending line has a protractor to set the correct bending angle.
The machine comes standard on a mobile underframe with brakes for an ideal working height.
