Height adjustment set
The heating wire heigh adjustment sets can be ordered for all bottom heating lines of the Shannon bending machines.
The sets come complete for both left- and right-hand side of the heating profiles.
A set comes with 2x teflon blocks, 4x m4 bolts, 2x brass height adjustment pins, (2x height adjusting wheel) and 2x ceramic ball end stops.
To order the correct heigh adjustment set, please select the correct machine and machine length.

Heating wire | 1,6 mm.
These heating wires have a diameter of 1,6 mm. and are cut to the machines length. The eye on 1 side of the heating wire will hook inside of the expanding pin. To easily replace the wires they are about 10 cm. longer than the machines working length.

Connection sets for the 0,9 mm. heating wire, this includes: Brass nipple, spring, brass expanding- and wire-pin, teflon bushings, brass nuts and set-screw. Changing this set every few years prevents burning the fuses of the control unit.

These terminal binding posts connectors are available in 4 colors (red, yellow, blue and black). Located at the top and bottom frame and at the back of the temperature control units. Our newest terminals can be used as spare-parts for all bending machines lengths.

These single wire heating profiles can be added to most of our plastic bending machines. With multiple single wire heating profiles you can create multiple bends in a single proces. These single wire profiles can also be ordered for replacement.
