Top heating profile | Single wire
These top single wire heating profiles can be applied in our plastic bending machines with upper heating.
Most machines can be upgraded with more heating profiles to make multiple bends in 1 proces.
Double side heating is used for faster heating and it reduces stress in the plastic sheets.
For bending the maximum thickness materials double side heating is needed with top and bottom heating profiles.
The profiles come complete with the mounting bar and needed connections.

Heating wire | 1,6 mm.
These heating wires have a diameter of 1,6 mm. and are cut to the machines length. The eye on 1 side of the heating wire will hook inside of the expanding pin. To easily replace the wires they are about 10 cm. longer than the machines working length.

Coiled connection wire
The coiled connection wires are used to connect the top and bottom heating lines of our benders. This sets consist out of 2 coiled connection wires with the ring and fork thimbles. It is important to have the heating wire connection sets also in good condition.

Terminal binding posts connectors
These terminal binding posts connectors are available in 4 colors (red, yellow, blue and black). Located at the top and bottom frame and at the back of the temperature control units. Our newest terminals can be used as spare-parts for all bending machines lengths.

Temperature control units
Single and double units can control the temperature of 1 or 2 heating wires. Our bending machines are internally prepared to easily upgrade with more control units. The digital controllers have a safety that prevent the heating-wire from burning.
