Pressure bars
Our machines with double side heating have pressure bars to hold down the plastic sheets during the heating process.
These complete clamping bars can be ordered separately as replacement or to extend the machine with.
It is best to hold the material down on both sides of the heating line.
Holding plastic sheets flat during the heating process will prevent warping and give a straight bending result.

Temperature control units
Single and double units can control the temperature of 1 or 2 heating wires. Our bending machines are internally prepared to easily upgrade with more control units. The digital controllers have a safety that prevent the heating-wire from burning.

Teflon coated foil bending profiles with a single contact available from 500 upto 1500 mm. length. Ideal for bending very thin plastic sheets and foamed PVC perfectly. Populair accessory for all our plastic sheet bending machines.

Cooling fixture | VMB
Our adjustable cooling fixture VMB are available in 2 lengths; 125 cm and 220 cm. The fixtures come on mobile underframes and have 2 adjustable bending angles and protractors. The distance between the bends can be set from 100 upto 1000 mm.

Top heating profile | Single wire
These single wire top heating profiles can be added to most of our double sided bending machines. With top heating profiles you can heat faster and reduce stress in the plastic sheet. These single wire upper profiles can also be ordered for replacement.

Top heating profile | Multiple wire
With multiple wire heating profiles you can create a wider heating zone. This is used for bending a big radius or thicker materials. For bending the maximum thickness materials double side heating is needed with top and bottom heating profiles.

Parallel stops
Parallel stops to extend the machine with more reference bars or as a replacement. Single sided bending machines can use the parallel stops to work from both sides. They are supplied with the needed clamping blocks and handles.
